Future plans include COR Certification for all of the companies within Central Utility Services. We are an employer who is recognized and acknowledged for going beyond the legal requirements of the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation. COR Certification acknowledges that we are an employer who takes a best practices approach to a safer, healthier workforce.
Central Utility Services has employees trained in First Aid, WHMIS, confined space and environmental training.
Our line crews are PSSP (Power System Safety Protection) trained for working up to CAT 2, 3, 5 and Limits of Approach Level 4. Safety is essential to all of the Central Utility Services companies.
